terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure
that customers can shop with confidence and care with House of Drums.
Please feel free to print and keep a copy for your reference. These terms and conditions
apply only to web-site sales. These terms do not apply in-store.
Price
All
prices are in £ sterling inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery.
Delivery charges can be found on the checkout page. They will be shown when you
complete your shopping basket. You may pay by any major credit card or debit
card. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change
before (but not after) we accept your order.
Returns
'No
fault' returns within 7 days - You can cancel your purchase at anytime
either before or up to 7 days after delivery of your product by:
- returning the product to
us in person or by post (you must include your receipt with the item);
- e-mailing at enquiries@houseofdrums.co.uk
- notifying us by phone on
01213333220 - please have your delivery details to hand;
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you
have opened the box to examine the product you must have done it without
marking the product in anyway). It should be returned with the original box,
packing and accessories. Pre-recorded videotapes and DVDs must be sealed.
Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
We
make no charge if you return the product to our store in person. If you
choose another method you must bear the costs. We will not cancel your
purchase when:
- you return your product
without proof of purchase.
- The goods were a special
order to your specification.
'Return of faulty goods' - the following are guidelines. Wherever possible
we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most goods (except
consumables like sticks and heads) are guaranteed by the makers against
faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some products are
guaranteed for longer. While it is at the manufacturers discretion, we will
act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement. Wherever possible we
will loan you, free of charge, an equivalent product until the problem is
resolved.
We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault
occurs within 28 days of delivery. Please phone us on 0121 3333220 or return
the product to our store.
To
qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be:-
- in otherwise 'as new'
condition;
- complete with any
accessories and free gifts offered with it (and if possible, the original
box and packaging).
- Accompanied by proof of
purchase.
The
guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or
normal wear and tear, nor consumable items (e.g. drum-sticks, heads etc)
unless there is clear evidence of manufacturing fault.
If a pre-recorded videotape or DVD is faulty under guarantee we will happily
exchange it for the same title or refund your money.
THIS
RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Miscellaneous
Sales on this web-site are governed by English law and you must agree to
submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will
be accepted by us. These terms and only cover the drumdompany.com and
houseofdrums.co.uk
web-sites. Any other web-sites to which you link from this site are governed
by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability
for the content of web-sites that are not under our control.
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights. We are required
by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English and that we do not
file copies of customer contracts.
